Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a senior Modeling, Simulation, and Controls Engineer to lead advanced modeling and control for propulsion and aerospace programs. You will develop system architectures, validate algorithms, and mentor junior engineers to ensure rigorous modeling aligned with customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, aerospace, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred, may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-fidelity models and control algorithms for propulsion, guidance, and flight control systems.
• Develop simulation architectures to support design, verification, and validation of aerospace control systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure modeling rigor across programs.
• Interface with DoD customers and guide technical teams through complex problems.
• Provide technical oversight across multidisciplinary teams (GNC, software, systems, test).
