Job summary

HDR, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to lead pursuit efforts across marketing and technical teams. You will develop persuasive proposals, manage schedules, ensure compliance, and coordinate resources to win high-value contracts in the A/E/C industry.

You will mentor staff, conduct win strategy sessions, and drive debriefs to identify improvement opportunities. Travel is required to engage with teams and clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience in proposal management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies.
• Ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate pursuit teams to develop persuasive proposals and interview materials.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules and ensure compliance.
• Engage marketing resources in pursuit teams.
• Lead quality reviews of proposal and interview materials.
• Support pursuit teams with win strategies and capture planning.
• Train and mentor staff on BD and marketing best practices.
