Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant Industry A/E/C experience.
• Experience with US Government Federal Programs, preferably DoD.
• Deep knowledge of procurement of professional services in A/E/C.
• Understanding of regional marketing and public relations.
• Knowledge of capture planning and proposal development processes.
• Willingness to travel and engage in person.
• Ability to obtain a DoD CAC after background check.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit teams in creating and implementing win strategies (capture planning).
• Facilitate pursuit teams to develop persuasive proposal and interview materials.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules and ensure compliance.
• Engage marketing services resources in pursuit teams.
• Lead quality reviews of proposal and interview materials.
• Facilitate debriefs to identify improvements and measure competitiveness.
• Deconstruct and file proposal and presentation materials after submittal.
• Train and mentor employees on BD and marketing best practices.
• Articulate HDR's capabilities and competitive advantages.
