Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead pursuit efforts from strategy through proposal submission. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and ensure compelling content that showcases HDR’s capabilities to clients in the United States.

The role requires at least 8 years in the A/E/C industry, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong writing and presentation skills. Domestic travel is expected as part of engaging with teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience in A/E/C procurement.
• Experience in sales and developing win strategies is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate pursuit teams to develop persuasive proposal and interview materials.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules and ensure compliance.
• Engage marketing resources in pursuit teams.
• Lead quality reviews of proposal and interview materials.
• Train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices.
• Coach interview teams to deliver key messages effectively.
