Job summary

TimelyCare in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Proposal Strategy & Operations to own and scale the company’s proposal function, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other strategic responses. You will lead the full lifecycle from intake to submission, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Care, Legal, Security, Finance, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality, compliant responses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in proposal management or complex B2B bid development.
• Experience managing end-to-end RFP/Proposal processes with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in public-sector, higher education, healthcare tech, or similar procurement environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end proposal lifecycle for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and strategic responses.
• Lead kickoff, strategy, writing, reviews, approvals, and final submission.
• Develop differentiated narratives linking institutional needs to TimelyCare capabilities and outcomes.
• Lead executive summaries and high-value responses while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Care, Legal, Security, Finance, and more.
• Audit processes and content libraries to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain proposal data in Salesforce and track metrics like win rates and cycles.
• Translate performance insights into actionable process improvements.
