Job summary

TimelyCare is seeking a Senior Manager, Proposal Strategy & Operations to own the full proposal lifecycle from intake to submission. You will coordinate across Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Care, Legal, and Finance to craft compelling, compliant responses.

The role requires strong writing, project management, and the ability to scale processes with an emphasis on outcomes and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in proposal management, experience with complex B2B procurement, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in proposal management, bid management, or complex B2B proposal development.
• Experience in public-sector, higher education, K12, healthcare technology, or other complex B2B procurement processes.
• APMP certification or equivalent proposal-management training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other strategic customer responses.
• Lead solicitation analysis, response strategy, kickoffs, writing, reviews, and final submission.
• Develop differentiated, customer-focused narratives connecting needs to TimelyCare’s capabilities and outcomes.
• Lead or support executive summaries and high-value or complex responses.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of all submissions.
• Coordinate contributors across multiple teams and manage proposals to completion.
• Conduct annual audits of processes and responses for continuous improvement.
