Job summary

NRC Health is seeking an experienced RFP Manager to write and coordinate responses for clients and prospects across our product suite. You will lead the end-to-end proposal process, guiding a diverse group of stakeholders from executive to operations to deliver compelling bids.

You will oversee the RFP Knowledgebase, develop new language with product and marketing, maintain templates, and ensure PMs contribute timely, accurate content for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of experience writing technical proposals; Healthcare Industry and Experience software solutions is preferred
• Experience with Responsive.io response management software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Write and coordinate RFP responses for clients and prospects in regard to NRC Health suite of products. Lead and coordinate the response with a diverse group of staff from multiple functional areas.
• Oversee management of the RFP Knowledgebase and resources, creating new language with product and marketing, and maintaining standard templates for proposals.
