Job summary

Neptune Technology Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator to lead the development and submission of sales proposals for North American water utilities. You will partner with sales, service, marketing, and legal to assemble bid responses that are thorough, compliant, and timely.

You will analyze costs and risks, create graphics, edit and format documents, manage version control, and ensure milestone-driven delivery of RFP/RFQ/RFI responses across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to coordinate multi-department responses to bids (RFPs/RFQs/RFIs).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, submission, and review of sales proposals.
• Partner with sales, service, marketing, consulting, legal and other departments to develop and package responses to bids.
• Analyze costs, risks, and benefits of proposed contracts and price proposals.
• Execute all aspects of the proposal process life cycle from receipt to delivery.
• Create graphics, write/edit, proofread, format, maintain version control, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members to meet milestones and ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Facilitate ongoing communication around strategy, progress, and deadlines.
• Provide support for presentation response coordination as needed.
• Maintain a database of approved content for proposals and updates.
