Job summary

Veolia Environnement SA is seeking a senior proposal manager who can guide a cross-functional bid team across North America. You will own end-to-end proposal development, from RFP planning to submission, while coordinating with sales, contracts, and engineering to craft winning solutions.

You will structure strategy, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across large, multi-volume proposals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering field with design-build experience is preferred.
• 8+ years of proposal management or project management experience in water treatment or related fields.
• Experience leading complex, multi-volume proposals and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Bid Team with roles spanning Application Engineering, Process Design, Sourcing, and Contract Management.
• Own end-to-end proposal development from RFP planning to final submission.
• Facilitate strategy sessions, kick-off meetings, and rhythm calls to drive a competitive proposal approach.
• Develop schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
• Perform thorough compliance reviews of proposals to meet all RFQ/RFP requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing enhancements.
