Lockheed Martin is seeking a Proposal Analyst in the Rotary and Mission Systems unit to support pricing and estimating for USG, commercial, and international bids. The role focuses on shaping, analyzing, and maturing business case analyses to deliver a robust bid/price strategy for repair and spare proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans and schedules proposals in accordance with estimating policy, FAR and DFARS requirements.
• Shapes and matures cost models to produce a comprehensive bid/price strategy.
• Performs financial modeling, rate studies, NPV and IRR analyses to support proposals.
