Job summary

Precision Medicine Group's Precision AQ Proposals team seeks an experienced proposal writer and/or copywriter to support development of capabilities presentations, RFIs, RFPs, pitches, case studies, and sales resources.

You will curate information, review RFIs and RFPs, and craft narrative content for Excel, Word and PowerPoint, ensuring brand consistency and storytelling excellence across key client materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or relevant field.
• 3-5 years' experience in proposal writing, copywriting, creative writing, content marketing, business development, presentations, or client services.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with diverse teams and communicating with executive leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PowerPoint design proficiency.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Curate comprehensive information about Precision teams and offerings to communicate capabilities and value story.
• Critically review RFIs and RFPs and apply key information for each opportunity.
• Speculatively craft narrative content in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Drive storytelling improvements across content, executive summaries, slide titles, case studies and other deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to craft cohesive stories.
• Enforce organizational brand guidelines for all deliverables.
• Train colleagues on effective storytelling and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to pull through updated messaging.
• Own off-the-shelf organizational resource creation and dissemination to Sales.
