Linxon is seeking a Proposals Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead proposal development for EPC substations, electrification, and energy infrastructure. You will coordinate input from BD, engineering, procurement, and project teams to craft compliant, winning submissions.

The role demands strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with 5+ years in proposals. Hybrid work in Raleigh supports flexible collaboration and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Construction Management).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing proposals, bids, tenders, or business development in EPC/energy/infrastructure sectors.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex proposal processes.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal development process from qualification through final submission.
• Coordinate proposal schedules, deliverables, and review milestones for timely completion.
• Collaborate with BD, engineering, procurement, project management, and commercial teams to develop winning proposals.
• Review solicitation documents to shape strategies and compliance plans.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and lessons learned sessions.
• Develop outlines, content plans, compliance matrices, and submission schedules.
• Gather and edit technical, commercial, and project information for responses.
• Ensure documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with Linxon standards.
• Manage proposal risks, assumptions, clarifications, and client questions.
