Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
• Experience creating and responding to bids, proposals and/or rough order of magnitude estimates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the technical lead to ensure proposals meet customer requirements and internal standards.
• Develop Standard Work documentation, training packages, and automate bid generation and BOE creation where applicable.
• Monitor and manage budgets with precision, including Estimates at Complete and Earned Value Management concepts.
• Support IPDS gate reviews and related bid/administrative tasks.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive actionable cross-functional improvements.
• Lead risk and opportunity management to ensure successful project execution.
