Job summary

Webster & Webster Associates is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead strategic pursuits for complex programs in defense, aerospace, and regulated sectors. You will own the complete proposal lifecycle from opportunity evaluation through submission, working with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Contracts, Legal, and executives to ensure compliant, timely proposals.

The role requires 5+ years of proposal management experience, a technical engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal management experience supporting complex technical products or programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience supporting government or highly regulated markets and familiar with DFARS/DoD processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent proposal efforts with quality, compliance, and deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop winning proposal responses.
• Interpret requirements and develop clear, compelling, compliant submissions.
• Partner with BD, Sales, and Capture to evaluate opportunities and strategies.
• Develop schedules, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure on-time submission.
• Support technical solutions, pricing strategies, and risk assessments.
