Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Senior Proposal Manager – Strategic Communications to oversee proposal management for the Strategic Communications portfolio. You will coordinate with Estimating, Pricing, PMO, Engineering, Contracts, and Supply Chain to drive timely, compliant proposals.

Role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or 7 years with an advanced degree, plus active Secret clearance. Travel up to 10% and leadership across a matrixed team are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with significant relevant experience.
• Advanced degree with relevant experience is a plus.
• Experience managing and coordinating across a matrixed organization including finance, contracts, engineering, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal development and analysis across functions.
• Ensure proposals meet quality, schedule, and affordability targets.
• Develop methodologies to accelerate contract awards and improve win rates.
• Direct coordination of proposal evaluations, questions, and revisions with senior leadership.
• Provide guidance on proposal kickoff outlines and formatting.
