Zusammenfassung

SOCOTEC, Inc. is seeking a Senior Proposal Writer in Charlestown, MA to support a national proposals team. The role requires in-office work at least four days per week with one day remote and a focus on building envelope, sustainability, energy efficiency, and code advisory proposals for public-sector clients.

You will coordinate RFP responses, work with service line leaders, and ensure high-quality, compliant packages tailored to regional procurement practices in Massachusetts and New England.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in proposal writing, estimating, and qualifications preparation.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, or consulting with public-sector exposure is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines while coordinating multiple proposals.
• In-office collaboration with technical leaders across disciplines is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office.
• Deltek Vantagepoint experience is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Develop and coordinate RFP responses and qualifications packages.
• Coordinate with service line leaders to define scope, fees, and timelines.
• Prepare technical proposals tailored to public-sector procurement requirements.
• Research, gather information, and participate in meetings to reflect SOCOTEC's strengths.
• Ensure proposals comply with client requirements and regional practices.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to produce complete packages and maintain data in CRM (Deltek).
