Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced proposal writers to train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide deck tasks. You will craft and refine RFP responses and orals decks, delivering executive summaries, win themes, and pricing slides, with a strong emphasis on precision and clarity.

Flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week (or more), fully remote. Start date ASAP. A track record of winning bids and expert PowerPoint skills are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP response documents, orals presentation decks, executive summary writing, win theme development, compliance matrices, and pricing volume support slides.
• Work on AI-driven presentation tasks and ensure high-quality deliverables for clients.
