Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced proposal managers and bid professionals to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This remote, flexible engagement requires 5‑20 hours per week with start date ASAP.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations, including RFP documents, oral decks, executive summaries, win themes, compliance matrices, and pricing slides. Strong PowerPoint and written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.
• Track record of managed bids won, including oral deck production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP responses, oral decks, and executive summaries.
• Develop win themes, compliance matrices, and pricing slides to support proposals.
