Ethos is seeking experienced proposal managers to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 per week) and an ASAP start date.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years leading RFP responses and orals decks, a proven track record of winning bids, and expert-level PowerPoint skills, plus meticulous written communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP response documents, orals presentation decks, executive summary writing, win theme development, compliance matrices, and pricing volume support slides.
