Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced proposal coordinators to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and RFP materials across core workflows.

This fully remote, part-time role offers $70/hour, 5–20 hours weekly, ASAP start, and flexible scheduling to fit your commitments. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in proposal management, a track record of winning bids, and expert-level PowerPoint

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP response documents, orals presentation decks, executive summary writing, win theme development, compliance matrices, and pricing volume support slides.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality materials that meet deadlines and compliance requirements.
