Job summary

Ethos invites experienced bid managers to help train AI language models on professional presentations and slide deck tasks. You will craft and refine RFP responses, orals decks, executive summaries, and win themes while ensuring high-quality, polished slides.

Flexible, fully remote engagement requiring 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing, with expert-level PowerPoint skills and precise writing. Start ASAP, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired).

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (RFPs, orals decks, executive summaries, win themes, compliance matrices).
• Support pricing volume slides and overall proposal quality for AI training tasks.
