Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced proposal managers to help train AI models by crafting and refining professional presentation and slide deck materials. The role focuses on RFP responses, orals presentations, executive summaries, win themes, and compliance matrices, with emphasis on quality and precision.

You will contribute to AI-generated slide decks and ensure accuracy in pricing visuals while collaborating with a network of investors and consultancies for paid expert engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company
• Track record of bids won, including orals deck production
• Excellent written communication and slide craftsmanship

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (RFP responses, orals decks, executive summaries)
• Develop win themes and compliance matrices
• Support pricing slide creation and volume analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality proposals
