• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.
• Proven track record of bids won and orals deck production.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Lead and refine RFP responses and orals presentations for AI-generated slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and polish executive summaries, win themes, and pricing support decks.
• Ensure high-quality PowerPoint slide craftsmanship across core workflows.
