Job summary

Cartus, a global relocation solutions leader, is seeking a Senior Corporate Writer to lead the development of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and strategic sales documents that support our growth objectives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, SMEs, and senior leadership worldwide to craft client-focused, compliant, persuasive messages, manage content libraries, and drive the adoption of proposal technology to improve win rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in proposal writing, bid management, marketing communications, journalism, technical writing, or related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects and competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end proposal development (proposals, RFPs, presentations) across regions.
• Review requirements and evaluation criteria for compliance and alignment with client expectations.
• Conduct client/industry/competitor research to support win strategies and messaging.
• Develop executive summaries, case studies, win themes, and client-focused messaging.
