Cartus is seeking a Senior Corporate Writer to lead high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and strategic sales documents that drive business growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in proposal writing, bid management, marketing communications, journalism, technical writing, or related fields.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects and competing deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end proposal development process for proposals, RFPs, and presentations across multiple regions.
• Review requirements to ensure proposal compliance and alignment with client expectations.
• Conduct client, industry, and competitor research to support win strategies and messaging.
• Develop executive summaries, case studies, win themes, value propositions, and client-focused messaging.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and SMEs to gather information for customized responses.
• Translate complex relocation and mobility concepts into clear customer language.
• Review peer proposal content and provide feedback on writing quality, strategy, and positioning.
• Create client deliverables using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Utilize proposal management, content management, and AI-enabled platforms to improve content quality.
• Maintain and enhance proposal content libraries, templates, and knowledge repositories.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives improving proposal effectiveness and win rates.
• Capture lessons learned from bid activities for process improvement.
