Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least eight (8) years of relevant proposal, business development, or related experience leading complex proposals.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders; drive alignment and decisions.
• Expert knowledge of proposal governance, compliance matrices, color reviews, risk and pricing reviews, and quality reviews.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, strategic, high-value pursuits from pre-proposal planning through submission and post-submittal activities.
• Direct cross-functional teams with clear accountability and momentum throughout the pursuit.
• Serve as proposal strategy lead and partner to Growth/BD, senior engineers, pricing, contracts, and leadership.
• Translate requirements and objectives into a cohesive, customer-focused proposal strategy.
• Develop win themes, discriminators, value propositions, and messaging that differentiate Leidos.
