Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth seeks a Contracts Associate Manager - Level 4 for the F-35 Sustainment Spares program. You will manage the full lifecycle of contract actions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and lead a team through recruitment, training, and performance assessments.

You will liaise with Customer buying representatives, resolve contract issues, ensure compliance with regulations, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated DoD contracting experience is required.
• Experience with all phases of proposal development, negotiations and contract administration.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and related regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of contract actions from capture to award and administration.
• Lead a team through recruitment, training, performance reviews, and assignments.
• Serve as primary interface with customer buying representatives and cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with laws and Delegation of Authority.
