Lockheed Martin is seeking a Contracts Management Manager - Level 5 for the F-35 Sustainment team in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee a large portfolio spanning design, procurement and installation of aircraft modifications, while leading a team responsible for recruitment, training, performance, and assignments.

You will coordinate with cross-functional partners to manage solicitations, capture, negotiations and contract terms, and act as the primary interface with customer representatives.

Qualificações

• DoD contracting experience required.
• Experience with all phases of proposal development, contract negotiations and administration.
• Demonstrated mastery of FAR/DFARS.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and develop a team; oversee recruitment, selection, training and performance assessments.
• Manage salary, recognition and disciplinary actions for team members.
