Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking a Development & Sustainment Finance Manager for the F-35 EOTS/DAS program. You will lead the program finance across development, PBL, and sustainment contracts and act as the SME for Earned Value and DFARS EVM, guiding a team of analysts through monthly cycles and CEAC/EAC processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in finance-related field, 8+ years in program finance, and US citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in program finance, cost management, or business operations, including Earned Value Management.
• Working knowledge of DFARS EVM reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, or the ability to lead and develop a team of analysts.
• Must be able to support team members onsite 2 days a week.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program finance across development, PBL, and sustainment contracts with DFARS EVM reporting requirements.
• Serve as the program's SME on Earned Value / DFARS EVM and coordinate with Central Finance EVM SMEs.
• Provide guidance and training on EVM tool implementation and cross-train analysts.
• Develop and review DFARS EVM deliverables and cost, funding, and reporting requirements across portfolio.
• Own the EAC and Contract Status Review process and inputs to CEAC exercise.
• Drive process improvement and standardization focusing on Earned Value and reporting practices.
• Partner with program management and leaders to inform business growth and investments.
