Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing & Proposal Specialist to lead complex proposals across data center and mission-critical opportunities.

You will shape strategy, develop high-quality marketing materials, and advance AI-enabled marketing practices across the organization. The role requires strong writing, project management, and collaboration with Business Development, technical staff, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing, proposal, pursuit, or related professional services experience in A/E/C or consulting.
• Experience in architecture or A/E marketing and producing high quality materials.
• Experience using generative AI or emerging technologies in marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and pursuits from strategy to submission.
• Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, differentiators, and client-focused messaging.
• Drive AI adoption and marketing tech to improve proposal development and content workflows.
• Manage multiple pursuits with schedules, assignments, and deadlines.
• Write, edit, and develop compelling proposal content and marketing materials.
• Translate technical information into clear, persuasive client communications.
• Create visuals and infographics to communicate concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership and operations on best practices.
