Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Marketing & Proposal Specialist to lead complex proposals and pursuits for architecture, engineering, commissioning, and consulting work, including data center opportunities. You will develop high-quality marketing materials and advance AI-enabled marketing practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate has A/E marketing experience, strong writing and project-management skills, and the ability to translate technical information into persuasive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Journalism, Design, or related field
• 7+ years in marketing, proposal, pursuit in A/E/C or consulting
• Experience in marketing for architecture/AE audiences
• Experience using generative AI or emerging technologies in marketing/proposal workflows
• Proven ability to independently lead complex proposals and pursuits
• Exceptional writing, editing, organization, and project-management skills
• Ability to work with architects, engineers, and senior leaders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other pursuits from strategy through final submission
• Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, differentiators, and client-focused messaging
• Drive practical use of generative AI and marketing tech across the organization
• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits, schedules, and deadlines with high quality
• Write and edit proposal content, resumes, and marketing materials
• Translate complex technical information into clear client-focused communications
• Create visuals like diagrams and infographics to communicate concepts
• Develop marketing materials for sophisticated A/E audiences
• Capture and organize project experience and knowledge for reuse
• Collaborate with Federal and regional marketing leadership across marketing teams
