Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing & Proposal Specialist to support our architecture, engineering, commissioning, and consulting businesses, including data center opportunities.

This hands-on leadership role will lead complex proposals and pursuits, develop high-quality marketing materials, and help advance the practical use of AI, technology, and modern marketing practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Journalism, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of marketing, proposal, pursuit experience in A/E/C or consulting.
• Experience in marketing materials for architects and design professionals.
• Experience using generative AI or emerging marketing technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex proposals and pursuits.
• Strong writing, editing, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations from strategy through submission.
• Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, and client-focused messaging with stakeholders.
• Drive AI-enabled marketing workflows, research, content creation, editing, and knowledge management.
• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits with timelines and quality standards.
• Write, edit, and develop marketing content, executive summaries, resumes, and presentations.
• Translate complex technical information into clear client communications.
• Create visuals and graphics to convey technical concepts through storytelling.
• Improve how project experience and knowledge are captured and reused across teams.
• Collaborate with Federal and regional marketing leadership to share resources.
