Job summary

Holder Construction in the United States is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to own the full pursuit lifecycle from kickoff through final submission. You will work daily in InDesign, partnering with project teams, marketing leadership, and executives to position Holder as the builder of choice for complex, high-stakes projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proposal/marketing experience in the AEC industry.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability.
• Proven ability to manage multiple pursuits with tight deadlines.
• Highly organized and proactive with ownership mindset.
• Team-first attitude and ability to push for better quality and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of RFQs, SOQs, RFPs, and interview presentations from kickoff through submission
• Lead proposal production in Adobe InDesign, ensuring high-quality, polished deliverables
• Drive pursuit strategy by identifying differentiators, shaping win themes, and improving how we tell our story
• Keep teams on track - manage schedules, push deadlines, and hold contributors accountable
• Partner with project managers and technical staff to turn complex content into clear messaging
• Continuously improve templates, processes, and workflows to help the team work smarter and faster
• Maintain and evolve proposal resources (resumes, project sheets, content libraries, databases)
