Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a driven Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to own the full pursuit lifecycle from kickoff through final submission. You will work daily in InDesign, partnering with project teams, marketing leadership, and executives to position Holder as the builder of choice for complex, high-stakes projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of RFQs, SOQs, RFPs and interview presentations from kickoff through submission.
• Lead proposal production in Adobe InDesign with high-quality, polished deliverables.
• Drive pursuit strategy by identifying differentiators and win themes.
• Keep teams on track by managing schedules, deadlines and accountability.
• Partner with project managers and technical staff to translate complex content into clear messaging.
• Continuously improve templates, processes and workflows to boost efficiency.
• Maintain and evolve proposal resources (resumes, project sheets, content libraries).
