Job summary

Holder Construction seeks a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to own the full pursuit lifecycle—from kickoff to final submission. You will lead proposal production in InDesign, shape win themes, and collaborate with project teams, marketing leadership, and executives to position Holder as the builder of choice for complex, high-stakes projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of RFQs, SOQs, RFPs, and interview presentations—from kickoff through submission.
• Lead proposal production in Adobe InDesign, ensuring high-quality, polished deliverables.
• Drive pursuit strategy by identifying differentiators and shaping win themes.
• Keep teams on track—manage schedules, push deadlines, and hold contributors accountable.
• Partner with project managers and technical staff to turn complex content into clear, compelling messaging.
• Continuously improve templates, processes, and workflows to help the team work smarter and faster.
• Maintain and evolve proposal resources (resumes, project sheets, content libraries, databases).
