Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a driven Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to own the full pursuit lifecycle from kickoff through final submission, working across regional offices. You will be in InDesign daily, crafting compelling proposals and collaborating with project teams, marketing leadership, and executives to position Holder as the builder of choice for complex, high-stakes projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proposal/marketing experience in the AEC industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple pursuits in a deadline-driven environment.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Team-first mindset with the confidence to push for better quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of RFQs, SOQs, RFPs, and interview presentations from kickoff through submission.
• Lead proposal production in Adobe InDesign, ensuring high-quality, polished deliverables.
• Drive pursuit strategy by identifying differentiators and shaping win themes.
• Keep teams on track—manage schedules, push deadlines, and hold contributors accountable.
• Partner with project managers and technical staff to turn complex content into clear messaging.
• Continuously improve templates, processes, and workflows to help the team work smarter and faster.
• Maintain and evolve proposal resources (resumes, project sheets, content libraries).
