Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (RFP documents, orals decks, executive summaries, win themes, compliance matrices, pricing slides)
• Lead and coordinate RFP responses and bid proposals with cross-functional teams
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and high-quality visuals in all presentation deliverables
