Ethos, a new expert network, seeks experienced proposal managers to help train AI language models on professional presentation tasks. You will handle RFP responses, executive summaries, and slide decks, collaborating with top labs and clients to craft compelling materials.

This remote role offers 5–20 hours per week with a competitive pay of $70/hour and an ASAP start, allowing flexible scheduling while delivering high-quality presentations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company
• Track record of managed bids won, including oral deck production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP response documents, oral presentation decks, and executive summaries.
• Develop win themes, compliance matrices, and pricing volume slides to support proposals.
• Collaborate with researchers and clients to ensure high-quality, persuasive, and compliant deliverables.
