Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced proposal writers to train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This fully remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours weekly with start ASAP.

You will lead RFP responses, orals presentations, and slide decks, crafting executive summaries, win themes, compliance matrices, and pricing slides. A 4+ year track record in proposal management and a proven wins history are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (RFPs, orals decks, executive summaries, win themes, compliance matrices, pricing slides).
• Evaluate and improve RFP response documents and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, style, and adherence to requirements.
