You will oversee content development, staffing, and schedules, collaborating with estimators, engineers, and executives to craft compelling proposals and maintain a consistent, professional appearance across all materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 6+ years’ project pursuit experience in construction or engineering; minimum 3+ years as proposal coordinator.
• Coaches, guides and mentors staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop proposal schedule and assign deliverables to proposal team.
• Willingness to travel for pursuit meetings and company support.
• Proven ability to write and edit project summaries, resumes, and supporting information.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
• Graphic design knowledge is highly regarded; advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop and InDesign; Deltek Vision preferred.
• Maintains registration in relevant professional associations.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Division Proposal Lead and oversees collection and creation of one or more project proposals.
• Leads content development, resumes, and staff identification to support national pursuits.
• Tracks information for each pursuit and manages the proposal schedule to meet deadlines.
• Creates the compliance matrix and Proposal Work Plan to satisfy RFP criteria.
• Assembles proposal documents and ensures one-voice content; coordinates with estimating teams.
• Coordinates with JV partners and subcontractors to obtain required documents.
• Compiles technical content from estimators and SMEs; proofs and standardizes proposal text.
• Maintains current RFP documents and notifies team of updates.
• Leads final publishing of the proposal and delivery to Owner; updates templates.
