Job summary

Rising Edge Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Proposal Manager to oversee complex EPC proposals for high-voltage distribution, substations, and renewable projects. You will mentor the proposal team and ensure compliance and quality throughout the bid lifecycle.

This role collaborates with estimating, engineering, procurement, and other stakeholders, maintains library content, and tracks outcomes to improve win rates.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, Construction Management, English, or related field.
• 4–6 years experience in proposal coordination or project administration.
• Experience leading complex proposals and coordinating multi-stakeholder inputs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to Proposal Coordinators and mentor the team.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent proposals and RFP submissions with deadlines.
• Review RFPs and align with client requests and Rising Edge templates.
• Coordinate inputs from estimating, engineering, procurement, HSE, quality, legal.
• Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Work with estimators to include pricing, assumptions, and risk.
• Manage proposal document control and SharePoint organization.
• Maintain proposal content libraries, resumes, and organizational charts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client interactions.
• Serve as central point of contact for proposal coordination.
• Participate in kickoff and close-out meetings and capture lessons learned.
• Identify process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce risk.
• Track outcomes and support win/loss analysis.
