Reporting to the Director of Preconstruction, the Proposal Manager oversees the preparation, organization, and submission of complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) proposals for high-voltage distribution, substation, renewable, and utility electrical projects. This role provides advanced coordination across preconstruction functions and supports division‑specific proposal efforts from RFP to release through to handover or archival. The Proposal Manager mentors proposal team members, enforces process standards, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance proposal quality, compliance, and efficiency.
