Job summary

PIC Group, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Contracts & Procurement Manager to lead the procurement lifecycle for large-scale EPC power projects. You will manage RFP/RFQ processes, contract administration, and supplier negotiations to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement/contracts within power generation or EPC environments, plus strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Travel ~25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline is required.
• 10+ years of procurement, contracts, or supply chain experience in power generation, EPC, or oil & gas sectors.
• Proven experience managing competitive RFP/RFQ processes and contract administration.
• Experience with EPC procurement, commercial evaluation, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes, bid package development, bidder qualification, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with project schedules, budgets, and construction milestones.
• Lead contract, PO, service agreements, amendments, and change orders.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Construction to develop scopes, specs, and vendor requirements.
• Evaluate suppliers based on commercial, technical, schedule, quality, and risk factors.
• Monitor long-lead equipment and procurement schedules, addressing potential impacts.
• Perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and market research to support pricing decisions.
• Maintain procurement records and vendor performance throughout project execution.
