Job summary

Rising Edge Group is seeking a Proposal Manager to oversee the preparation, organization, and submission of complex EPC proposals for high-voltage projects. You will mentor the team, enforce standards, and drive efficiency across preconstruction functions from RFP to handover.

Reporting to the Director of Preconstruction, you will collaborate with estimating, engineering, procurement, HSE, quality, and legal stakeholders while maintaining rigorous document control and CRM records.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in proposal coordination or project administration.
• Ability to lead complex proposal efforts and coordinate inputs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SharePoint and CRM/proposal tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to proposal coordinators.
• Coordinate multiple proposals and ensure deadlines, schedules, and compliance.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, procurement, HSE, quality, legal, and others.
• Manage proposal document control, formatting, and version control in SharePoint.
• Maintain proposal content libraries and CRM records related to proposals.
• Participate in kickoff and close-out meetings and capture lessons learned.
