Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in power delivery engineering or project development.
• Strong understanding of EPC and design-build delivery models.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical project development for pursuits from intake through bid submission and award.
• Coordinate between estimating, engineering, procurement, and scheduling teams.
• Define scope, assess risks, and prepare execution plans for LNTP and early works.
• Support development of project execution and procurement strategies.
