FlatironDragados is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead bidding efforts for multiple projects. You will coordinate documents, build a strong submission package, and drive a one-voice narrative with engineers, estimators, and managers.

The role requires strong writing, editing, and graphic design acumen, plus experience with RFP compliance and proposal work planning. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits in Raleigh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 4+ years’ project pursuit experience in construction or engineering.
• 3+ years’ experience as proposal coordinator.
• Coaches, guides and mentors staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop proposal schedule and assign deliverables to proposal team.
• Travel for pursuit meetings and company proposal support.
• Proven ability to write and edit project summaries and resumes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for timely submittal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection and creation of multiple project proposals.
• Lead division Proposal team and support qualifications.
• Track forms and data required for each pursuit.
• Develop and manage the Proposal Work Plan per RFP requirements.
• Assemble proposal documents and ensure one-voice style.
• Coordinate with JV partners and subcontractors for proposal documents.
• Proofread and standardize proposal text and layout for marketing quality.
• Maintain version control of RFP documents and notify team.
