Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination or technical writing.
• Experience preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, and SOQs.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal kick-off meetings and develop compliance matrices.
• Write, edit, and format proposal content for clarity and compliance.
• Coordinate final assembly and submission of proposals.
