Raftelis Financial Consultants in Charlotte, NC seeks a Proposal Manager to guide a fast-paced proposals team and drive win strategies with project managers. You will mentor team members, optimize processes, review goals, and help shape proposal outcomes under deadlines.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/English and 8+ years in proposal development, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. This role reports to the Director of Creative Services in a 12-person team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Marketing, Business, English, or a related field
• 8+ years of proposal development experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Proven attention to detail and leadership capabilities
• Ability to work in-person in uptown Charlotte at least three days a week

Responsibilities

• Lead a fast-paced proposal team to develop compelling proposals and interview presentations
• Collaborate with project managers to develop proposal win strategies
• Develop proposals and enhance proposal processes for continuous improvement
• Review proposals and analyze results to focus future efforts
• Provide oversight, training, and professional development for team members
• Manage tasks using workload platform and ensure timely completion
• Take ownership of complex or high-stakes proposals to ensure accuracy
