Job summary

Raftelis Financial Consultants in Charlotte, NC seeks a Proposal Manager to guide a fast-paced proposals team and drive win strategies with project managers. You will mentor team members, optimize processes, review goals, and help shape proposal outcomes under deadlines.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/English and 8+ years in proposal development, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. This role reports to the Director of Creative Services in a 12-person team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Marketing, Business, English, or a related field
8+ years of proposal development experience
2+ years of supervisory experience
Proven attention to detail and leadership capabilities
Ability to work in-person in uptown Charlotte at least three days a week

Responsibilities

Lead a fast-paced proposal team to develop compelling proposals and interview presentations
Collaborate with project managers to develop proposal win strategies
Develop proposals and enhance proposal processes for continuous improvement
Review proposals and analyze results to focus future efforts
Provide oversight, training, and professional development for team members
Manage tasks using workload platform and ensure timely completion
Take ownership of complex or high-stakes proposals to ensure accuracy
