Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Strong understanding of Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS).
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Experience preparing interview materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of compelling proposals.
• Manage the full proposal lifecycle.
• Collaborate to gather information and meet deadlines.
• Track and interpret RFPs/RFQs for compliance.
• Support interview strategy and preparation.
• Maintain marketing content in CRM.
