Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to manage the internal proposal process from inquiry through contract award. You will ensure security and integrity of proposal documentation, coordinate inputs, and guide the team to meet deadlines.

You will liaise with commercial, technical and other departments, establish file structures, and lead kickoff meetings. A background in marketing/communications and 5+ years in proposals in construction is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years proposal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications preferred with 5+ years in proposal work in construction.
• Knowledge of bid preparation, especially in electric power industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit internal proposal documents and set-up proposal number.
• Review inquiry scope to interpret deliverables.
• Develop proposal matrix and schedule per guidelines.
• Establish electronic file structure, archive, and backups for proposals.
• Document access and tracking protocols for proposal materials.
• Schedule and lead internal proposal kick-off meetings.
• Liaise with commercial and technical teams for required documents.
• Ensure proposal format reflects client requirements and win strategy.
• Coordinate proposal inputs and approvals before submission.
• Act as client contact coordinating with sales on formal matters.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
